Acceptable Use

You agree to use Letter Lens only for lawful purposes. You may only upload documents that you have the right to access. Do not upload documents containing other people's sensitive information without their consent. Automated scraping, bot-driven uploads, credential sharing, resale of access, or unusually high-volume usage outside normal personal use is not allowed. We may throttle, limit, suspend, or cancel accounts that appear to abuse the service or threaten its reliability.

Subscription & Billing

Free accounts include 3 analyses per month. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the posted rate. You may cancel at any time, and you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analyses may contain errors or miss details. Always verify important information directly from the original document or by contacting the issuing organization. We are not liable for any actions taken based on our analyses.
