What We Collect

When you use Letter Lens, we collect your email address for authentication purposes. When you analyze a document, we store the AI-generated analysis results (summary, key points, etc.) so you can access your history. We do NOT permanently store your uploaded documents — they are processed in real-time and discarded after analysis.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used solely for authentication (magic sign-in links) and important account communications. Analysis results are stored to provide your history feature. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.

Document Processing

When you upload a document, it is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis via their API. The document content is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently by us beyond what is necessary for processing. Anthropic's API does not use customer data for training.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or bank details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Database access is restricted and encrypted. We follow security best practices to protect your information.

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can export your analysis history from your dashboard.
